Travel Class
Aeroflot offers 4 travel options for the passengers:
Economy Class: The passengers are allowed one hand baggage and one check-in luggage. With comfortable seating and additional legroom, the passengers are also provided with a pillow, blanket and a travel kit for long haul flights. The seats are equipped with panasonic entertainment system, where the passengers can relax and enjoy movies, music and games along with delicious meals that can be pre-booked. With internet access on board, passengers can work and stay in touch with family and friends. Aeroflot magazines are also available that highlight the travel destinations and routes.
Comfort Class: The passengers can carry one hand baggage and two check-in luggage. The Comfort Class seats are spacious, with extra legroom, power outlets to charge electronic devices and personal reading lights attached to the seat. The passengers are also provided with a pillow, blanket and a travel kit for long haul flights where they can relax and catch up on sleep. The Business Class seats are comfortable, adjustable to horizontal beds and have extra legroom space along with mood lighting and foldable table. The seats are equipped with panasonic entertainment system, where the passengers can relax and enjoy movies, music and games along with delicious meals and beverages(alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that can be pre-booked or ordered from the Business Class menu. The passengers are also provided with a pillow, blanket and a travel kit, blankets, slippers for long haul flights where they can relax and catch up on sleep. Frequent Flyer Program
Aeroflot Bonus is the frequent flyer program for Aeroflot. Members can earn mileage points by flying with the airline. These points can be redeemed for award tickets, award upgrade, value-added services. The mileage points can also be earned with the nation- airline partners in Hotels, Banks, Telecommunications, Car Rentals, Travel agencies etc.

Baggage allowance
The passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage which weighs up to 10 kg along with check-in luggage which can weigh up to 23 kg for Economy Class and Comfort Class. For Business Class ticket, passengers can carry one hand baggage which can weigh up to 15kg and 2 check-in baggage which can weigh up to 32kg. Extra baggage allowance can be availed at extra charges. In-Flight Services
Aeroflot provides for exquisite delicacies, snacks, meals along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Passengers can pre-book their meals or purchase it on board the flight. Onboard support
Aeroflot provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with a wheelchair and/or Ambulift services during the flight.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Aeroflot sales ’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
