Class of Travel
SpiceJet offers three travel classes:
- SpiceBiz: This new business class is available on select routes. Passengers enjoy perks such as exclusive lounge access, priority check-in and boarding, wide recliners with extra legroom, and complimentary welcome drinks, along with refreshing towels, cushions, and amenities.
- SpiceMax: Known for its spacious seating, SpiceMax provides ample legroom and comfort. Guests booking SpiceMax receive a complimentary meal. This class is available for just INR 1000 more than economy seating.
- Economy Class: Passengers can relax in SpiceJet's comfortable seats during both short and long-haul flights. They can pre-book meals or order from the onboard menu, which features a variety of light snacks and refreshments for short-haul flights.
Baggage Allowance
Economy class passengers are entitled to 7kg of free hand luggage and 15kg of checked-in luggage on domestic flights. International travelers can carry up to 30kg of checked-in baggage. Additional luggage can be added for an extra cost of INR 400/700 for Economy/Business class, respectively.
In-flight Services
Although SpiceJet does not offer in-flight entertainment, they provide a variety of light snacks on their flights.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through SpiceJet sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
